Sunday 12th June 2011 - 'Landscapes' - Inverurie Town Hall

This concert marked an important occasion when the orchestra gave the first ever public performance of 'Landscape from a Dream' by Dr. Paul Tierney.

Inverurie Orchestra commissioned the work which took the form of a Percussion Concerto and we were especially pleased to have Len Wiltshire as our percussion soloist.

This concert was originally planned for 19th December 2010 but the decision was taken to postpone it due to the severe weather conditions.

5th June 2010 - "A Night at the Opera" Inverurie Town Hall.

This was a joint venture with Inverurie Choral Society playing to a capacity audience. Rousing choruses from Carmen, Prince Igor, Orpheus in the Underworld, Il Trovatore and Lohengrin were performed. Soloist for the evening was mezzo soprano Heather Ireson.
